Elm Tree Communities specializes in investing in Class A, Multi-family family properties in areas that are a 3-hour drive from our Old Saybrook, CT office. We seek investment opportunities where employment is growing, unemployment is low, rents are consistently increasing, quality schools, and property values are rising. Special situations for ground-up development in the Class A category are also our targets. We also seek investment opportunities in markets where historically multifamily investment is welcomed by the local and state governments.
FEE-BASED DEVELOPER
Elm Tree Communities is a real estate advisory firm that provides project/development management services for investors and end users. We also provide pre-development advisory services for investors. Elm Tree has extensive experience in a wide variety of development, construction, and renovation project types including multi-family, retail, casinos, hotels, including large mixed -use entertainment complexes.
MASTER PLANNING
The Elm Tree Communities master planning and feasibility approach identifies the highest and best uses of each project by using a robust platform of web maps, reports, infographics, and data enrichment tools. We can then gain valuable insight for identifying ideal and underserved strategic use categories while avoiding those that are overserved, undesirable, and less profitable. We have prepared master planning for large-scale, multi-use projects in New York, Arizona, Wisconsin, Washington State, and Mississippi.
